To retail frozen: Keep frozen, store at -18�C or below. For frozen Best Before End date, see bag closure.
To retail ambient: Remove from case and leave in bag at room temperature for 3 hours, or until fully defrosted. Once defrosted, store in the sealed bag, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not refreeze.
You must apply a best before date no greater than 48 hours from defrost.
